Ayla Networks' Security Expert to Speak at IoT Evolution Expo Jan. 23

Craig Payne to Address Role-Based Access Control

Ayla Networks, a global leader in Internet of Things (IoT) platform-as-a-service (PaaS), announced today that its security and privacy officer, Craig Payne, will speak on the panel, "Role-based Access Control," Tuesday, Jan. 23, at the IoT Evolution Expo at Disney's Contemporary Hotel in Orlando.

Payne and fellow panel members Dennis Hamann, CEO of Mobelisk, and Tom Lahiff, chief legal officer and operations director at CyberBridge Group, will explore methods to secure IoT data by mapping it into models of access control.

Payne manages Ayla's Information Security and Data Privacy programs and has worked for 10 years in engineering and security-products management.

The IoT Evolution Expo, Jan. 22-25, emphasizes enterprise IoT adoption, implementation, and the impact IoT technology will have on driving operational efficiencies and increasing revenue.
