Ayla Networks Showcases New Customer Products and Expands IoT Ecosystem Jan. 6 to Jan. 9 in Las Vegas

SUNNYVALE, CA – January 6, 2015 – Ayla Networks, provider of the industry’s first Agile Internet of Things (“IoT”) platform, will be showcasing products from an expanding network of technology partners and customers from Jan. 6 to Jan. 9 in Las Vegas. Ayla-powered products will also be displayed on the show floor of the International CES® at Ayla’s partner and customer booths (see below).
In cooperation with the Caesars Entertainment, and leading cross-platform social mobile communications platform WeChat (developed by Tencent), Ayla will be demonstrating hotel rooms of the future by enabling IoT in a number of hotel suites at The LINQ Hotel & Casinos.
Ayla grew its customer base during 2014, its first full year of commercial operation, now working with customers ranging from Kickstarter-sized startups to Fortune 500 companies serving international markets. Ayla anticipates that it will expand its customer base of manufacturers by more than four times in 2015. What: A variety of connected consumer products powered by the Ayla Agile IoT Platform and Ayla design kits will be available for live demonstrations including:
- LockState RemoteLock ACS, a cloud-based access management system that integrates external door controllers with internal stand-alone Wi-Fi connected locks for a complete access solution;
- Owlet Smart Sock, the world’s first wearable baby monitor that transmits vital infant health information to a parent’s smartphone or other device;
- YiFang NexTurn Home Control Platform, a Zigbee-based starter kit for home automation that will establish new price points for expanding the market;
- Ever Win smart plug, any home appliance or electronic device connected to this Apple Homekit enabled Wi-Fi smart plug will automatically be connected to the Internet through Ayla’s Cloud Services and controllable through Apple’s Siri;
- Smarttech International, home security system includes door and window sensors for a DIY security. All events are tracked and monitored with remote notification on your iOS or Android device;
- Powertech, smart plug strip gives an array of plugs that each can be remotely controlled. Great for entertainment systems or any group of devices that remote scheduling and control could add value to the consumer.

What: Ayla Networks and Caesars Entertainment will leverage WeChat, the leading social communication platform, to showcase a number of IoT-enabled suites at Caesars’ latest resort on the Las Vegas Strip, The LINQ Hotel & Casino, leveraging a combination of connected devices featuring a mix of Z-Wave, Zigbee and Wi-Fi – all of which are controlled by a single WeChat application.
